Request cancellation or withdrawal
You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. We do not treat downloading the license document alone as a waiver of this policy. Statutory rights concerning defective or undelivered content remain unaffected.
Sign in to My account, open the order and select “Request cancellation”, then confirm the request. You may also email [email protected] with your name, order number and purchase email. No special wording is required.
Unpaid and paid orders
An unpaid order can be cancelled without a refund. If you already transferred funds, tell us the network and transaction hash even if the order is still awaiting review. Paid-order requests are reviewed manually. A confirmation on this website records your request; it is not confirmation that a blockchain refund has been sent.
Refund transfers
For an eligible full refund, we return the cryptocurrency amount received for the order in the same asset/network unless another method is agreed. Sender-paid network fees are not received by us. We verify a refund destination with you before sending; do not assume the sending address belongs directly to you if you paid through an exchange. Refunds are handled without undue delay and within 14 days of a valid withdrawal request, subject to any rights and conditions required by law.
Product or delivery problems
Contact us if access does not work, delivery is missing or the product is not as described. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
